Everything You Would Want in a Senior Rental Community

Our Clubhouse is the gathering place for Fairway Manor Residents. You will find the Fitness Center, Laundry Center, Community Room, Mailboxes, Management Office, and Leasing Office.

The Clubhouse was designed for the residents, a place to get together as a community and enjoy an assortment of activities. In the Community Room you will find a Lending Library, Flat Screen TV, Tables and Chairs for cards and games, or just sit and chat or read a book, and enjoy our complimentary coffee station. Check out the Information Boards for upcoming activities and join in on the fun!

Get your daily workout in our Fitness Center located on the lower level of the Clubhouse. We have a flat screen TV and an assortment of fitness equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes to keep you motivated and in shape.

Enjoy our Lakeside patio complete with tables, chairs, and barbecue grills for our resident’s use.
